Executive family with children and pets is seeking an Estate/House Manager to manage their homes (Michigan and Florida) to see that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The Estate Manager will oversee the presentation and housekeeping of the home to be certain that it meets the highest quality standards and is ready for guests at any time. This individual will supervise household staff and coordinate schedules and routines for the home and very active family. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with events, coordinating contractors as needed, running errands, purchasing supplies and organizing service/preventative maintenance schedule for the homes. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, however, the Estate/House Manager must be flexible to work alternative times as needed, including evenings and weekends, especially when there are events/guests. Some travel, primarily to prepare homes in advance of the arrival of the family is required, approximately 4-5 times/year, usually for not more than a few days at a time. We are seeking a very friendly, family oriented individual who has a team-oriented, hands-on approach.
