Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sewer and Drain Manager to oversee our sewer and drain division. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven sales background in sewer and drains who can manage a team, ensure high-quality service, and uphold Plumbing Masters' reputation for superior customer care. Base Salary Range:$85,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sewer and drain team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Host weekly drain meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with camera and drain technicians to provide guidance, track performance, and drive improvement.
  • Coordinate and schedule sewer and drain services, ensuring timely and efficient job completion.
  • Supervise and participate in the diagnosis and repair of sewer and drain issues.
  • Maintain compliance with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials for sewer and drain jobs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery from start to finish.
  • Work closely with other departments to support business goals and maximize efficiency.
  • Track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sewer and drain services or a related plumbing role.
  • Proven sales background in sewer and drain services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and safety best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
