Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (web, SEO, PPC, social, reviews), ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Execute on SEO efforts yourself, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Hire, train, and manage internal teams (e.g., content creators, PPC specialists, social media managers) and contractors (e.g., freelance writers, developers, designers).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Address challenges and resolve issues promptly, whether related to campaigns, team performance, or client concerns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients and Koda Digital.

Must-have qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • High proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of all primary web channels including website conversion strategy, social media, content, paid advertising, email, and review management.
  • Ability to set clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines for campaigns and other marketing projects.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ability to switch between strategic planning and hands-on execution as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency managing multiple clients or campaigns
  • Experience in healthcare digital marketing and/or patient acquisition for healthcare practices.
  • Advanced SEO certifications (Hubspot, Moz, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for technical SEO collaboration.
  • Basic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create visual assets.

Benefits:

  • Salary of $81,000 to $117,000/yr based on experience and skills
  • 4-day work week - every weekend is a 3 day weekend
