We’re searching for passionate, positive, and motivated individuals to join the Bella Ballet and Empower by Bella Ballet teaching staff. Who We Are: At Bella Ballet and Empower by Bella Ballet, we’re more than just a dance studio. As the original dance empowerment studio, our mission is to uplift students holistically, helping them grow through dance while empowering their bodies, minds, and hearts. Position Overview: We are seeking dance instructors to teach classes for ages 2-18 in styles such as Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre/Jazz to begin teaching for Fall 2025. Responsibilities: • Ability to teach various dance styles and use various methodologies from beginner to advanced levels. • Ensure classes run smoothly. • Provide helpful and constructive feedback to students. • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families. • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. • Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for improvement. • Choreograph creative and age-appropriate routines. • Provide a fun and creative environment. • Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the curriculum as needed. • Light cleaning in between classes. • If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement. Qualifications: • 3+ years teaching experience • Strong background in various dance styles  • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication skills • Energetic, driven, creative, dependable • Demonstrate patience and professionalism About Company: At Bella Ballet Kentlands and Empower by Bella Ballet, we are more than just a dance studio.
