Job Description

Fractal Analytics is seeking a CPG Sales Coordinator to oversee and coordinate day-to-day sales operations ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects. Responsibilities include assisting sales leadership in strategy development, managing product launches, promotional campaigns, and market development activities. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment, supporting sales negotiations, and resolving client queries. The coordinator will oversee order-to-delivery processes, inventory management, and shipping coordination, working closely with logistics and supply chain teams. They will analyze sales performance data, prepare detailed reports, track market trends, and provide guidance to junior sales staff. Additional duties include organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events, preparing sales materials, and driving process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field, with 7-10 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or account management within the CPG industry. Strong communication, organizational, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and order management systems are essential.
