In this strategic role as Senior Writer, you will drive breakthrough creative ideas and create engaging, on-brand copy that inspires action and engagement.

You are comfortable working across digital and offline channels and can deliver both short-form and long-form content that resonates with consumer and non-consumer audiences. To be successful in this role, you must be someone who understands the value of a brand and who is passionate about telling compelling stories that embody and express a brand.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Conceptualizes and creates original brand-level copy for consumer-facing audiences across digital and traditional marketing mediums and channels.

•Grasps and comprehends complex or abstract information, and conveys that through writing that is clear, concise, accurate and on brand.

•Leads project work with a strong understanding of the voice of the brand; interpreting creative and business partner feedback with ease and able to provide definite direction on where to take the work next.

•Works collaboratively with other writers, art directors, designers, internal clients, and external agencies.

•Solves creative challenges and takes pride in the quality of the work.

•Understands the objectives of the content and delivers copy that drives towards measurable results.

•Build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, brand strategists, business partners, and project managers.

•Presents work and ideas to key project stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

•Required: 7+ years relevant experience developing brand-level copy and messaging at an agency or within an internal creative team

•Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Creative Writing, English or a related field and/or equivalent experience

•Collaborative and highly motivated, able to multi-task under shifting deadlines.

•Excellent communication skills—including tact, active listening, and consulting abilities.

•Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task with an agile mindset.
