LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Conflicts Analyst to join our team on a remote basis. This role is for a confidential client and requires expertise with Intapp NBI and Risk or similar platforms. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive conflict checks using Intapp NBI and Risk or similar platforms. Analyze conflict reports to identify potential conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to resolve identified conflicts. Maintain and update the conflicts database with accurate and current information. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on conflict findings and resolutions. Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal regulations regarding conflicts of interest. Provide guidance and support to legal teams on conflict-related issues. Assist in the development and implementation of conflict-checking procedures and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in conflict analysis or a related legal field. Proficiency with Intapp NBI and Risk or similar conflict-checking platforms. Strong understanding of legal ethics and conflict of interest principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Pay Details: $36.00 to $47.00 per hour Search managed by: R.
