Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and strategic Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee our company’s total rewards strategy. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of compensation structures, and a keen understanding of benefits and their administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, design, and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
• Manage relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and employee value.
• Conduct salary and benefit benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive rewards strategies.
• Lead annual compensation and benefits reviews, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs.
• Manage job descriptions and salary structures as the organization evolves.
• Partner with HR and leadership to evaluate and adjust compensation packages based on business needs and employee performance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance employee understanding of compensation and benefits offerings.
• Support HR team in job classification, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Strong understanding of compensation strategies, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees and leadership.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is a plus.

• Company sponsored continuing education may be required.
• Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
