What this job involves: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Communications Specialist to join our team. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Contract Type: Indefinite-term. The Communications Specialist produces essential communications for JLL IFM's Regional Projects & Programs and Local Operations across Latin America. This role ensures adherence to Communication Protocol, creates high-quality materials, and maintains clear messaging. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and writing skills, brings innovative ideas, and uses data insights to improve communication strategies. What is your day to day? Manage internal corporate communications for various audiences across Latin America countries. Produce and distribute high-quality communication tools and materials for Regional Projects & Programs and Local Operations. Oversee LATAM communication program, including training development and process creation. Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and maintain message clarity across all communications. Utilize MS 365 package and Kanvas software to enhance communication effectiveness. Analyze communication trends and gather data insights to continuously improve strategies. Bring innovative ideas to enhance communication through various tools and channels. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent adherence to Communication Protocol. Develop and deliver training sessions on communication best practices. Create and maintain a content calendar for regular and project-based communications. Support the development of communication strategies for specific projects or initiatives. Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field required. 3 years of experience in corporate communications.
