About the Role

The Company is seeking a Mid-Corp Relationship Manager, SVP for its Software coverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and managing client relationships within the national software industry, including fin-tech. This role demands a self-starter with a team player mindset, a proven track record in new client acquisitions, and a strong focus on risk management. The Mid-Corp Relationship Manager will be expected to lead credit dialogue, proactively identify cross-sell opportunities, and drive client-centric solutions to meet ambitious growth targets. The position requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience in commercial banking, particularly with technology clients, and the ability to work closely with internal counterparts across various banking and investment functions. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and have active FINRA Licensing or the ability to obtain it. The role demands an individual with sound knowledge of banking and investment products, advanced credit skills, and the ability to structure complex deals.
