Certified Medication Aides administer prescribed medications to individuals, ensuring proper dosage and documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies. They monitor medication inventories, detect signs of illness, provide first aid as needed, and support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires a CMA certification and focuses on compassionate care, teamwork, and safety within healthcare settings.
