We don’t just take photos—we help homes SELL FASTER and FOR MORE. With next-day appointments, quick turnarounds, and high-end media solutions, we’re redefining real estate marketing in Florida…and we need passionate pros on the ground to spread the word.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hit the road and visit real estate brokerages, offices, and networking events to introduce agents to our services.
• Build relationships with realtors and teams—get to know their pain points and show how Pinnacle makes their life easier.
• Set appointments and secure new photography bookings for our media team.
• Present with confidence —demonstrate our full range of services: photography, drone media, 3D Matterport tours, cinematic video, and more.
• Follow up and follow through —you’re their point of contact and trusted resource.
• Be a brand champion —educate, inspire, and energize every agent you meet.
• Collaborate with our marketing and media teams to ensure the right messaging is reaching the right people.

Must-Haves:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, brand promotion, or real estate is a plus.
• A genuine passion for helping people and making connections.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel throughout Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee & Collier Counties.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and social platforms.
• Flexible availability, including some weekends for events or meetings.
