Ensure compliance with FDA, AABB, and state regulations. Train and mentor staff. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with donors and hospitals. Implement quality assurance measures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field. SBB ASCP certification required. Previous supervisory experience in a blood bank or similar setting.
