What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to both English and Spanish or polish-speaking clients.
Educate clients on insurance products and help them choose the right coverage.
Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Create and present personalized insurance quotes.
Process policy applications and renewals.
Maintain accurate client records.
Actively participate in training and development programs.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Polish (written and verbal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

ResponsibilitiesBe excellent at relationship-building while prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated warm leads and lead databases.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Handle client objections and provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
RequirementsInsurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn, coached, and trained.
Fluent in Spanish and English: Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
Basic computer software knowledge
Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
Professional phone and office etiquette
