Behavioral Technician

The LeafWing Center is currently hiring! Work as a Behavior Technician in Special Education helping children diagnosed with Autism and Apply Now! We provide training to work as a behavior technician.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Position Details:

• Assists children with Developmental Disabilities, more specifically children diagnosed with Autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis
• The Behavior Technician provides 1:1, in-home, in-school behavioral treatment to preschool through high school-aged children.

Work Hour & Travel:

• Work hours/days are flexible and position hours are defined as on a "work as needed" basis but with a set schedule.
• Work locations: school, clinic, client home, remote
• Behavior Technicians travel to wherever treatment is provided, whether it's in the client's home, school/camp, or to the office. LeafWing Center pays for drive time and mileage while working between clients.

Ideal Candidates:

• Must be patient, excellent with children, possess good social skills, be tolerant and empathetic towards people, and have a natural desire to want to help children with special needs.
• Must have a clean driving and criminal record.
