Responsibilities:

• Litigate Securities Disputes – Handle cases involving REITS, private placements, and variable annuities, defending broker-dealers and financial advisors in federal courts and FINRA arbitrations.
• Draft Legal Documents – Prepare motions, briefs, and arbitration filings, crafting arguments for high-stakes securities litigation.
• Manage Discovery – Oversee document production, depositions, and e-discovery, building strong defenses in complex disputes.
• Advise Financial Clients – Counsel broker-dealers and investment advisors on regulatory compliance and litigation risks, including cybersecurity and data breach issues.
• Support Arbitration – Represent clients in securities arbitrations, securing favorable outcomes in multi-million-dollar disputes.
