Get to first-meeting with outbound sourced candidates within the first 5 days of initial outreach.Maintain and iterate a values - based rubric; design AI - powered work - sample prompts.Log all activity in Gusto ATS; deliver daily funnel snapshots (first 30 days) then weekly dashboards.Propose or pilot AI recruiting tools as needed - spend requires ROI - justified approval.Partner with hiring managers for calibration; escalate only edge cases.Keep non-exec roles closed45days; senior/exec60days.Primary KPIsHit - Rate: 75% by month 3; 90% by month 12.Outbound Cadence: 10 - 20 touches per role per day.Inbound SLA: 48hours.
