Job Details

The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the accounting functions for multiple facilities. This role requires a strong background in accounting operations, team management, and expertise in fixed assets and inventory analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to financial management, ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role also involves collaboration with other departments to support growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management : Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
2. Manage daily accounting functions across locations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and oversee financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Fixed Assets Management : Oversee asset tracking, recording, depreciation, and collaborate with operations.
5. Inventory Management & Analysis : Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and collaborate on cost reduction.
6. Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in budget preparation, monitor variances, and support strategic planning.
7. Compliance & Internal Controls : Ensure adherence to policies, GAAP, and coordinate audits.
8. Process Improvement : Identify and implement efficiencies, stay updated on industry practices.
