Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an Account Manager at Fastapp AMC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely completion of appraisal orders, maintaining communication with appraisers and clients, and addressing any issues or questions that arise. The Account Manager will also be responsible for monitoring the status of appraisals, providing updates to clients, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client relations, and customer service
  • Experience in any related mortgage or appraisal field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with appraisal processes and compliance regulations
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using appraisal management software and other relevant tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
