Job Description

Our team continues to grow! We are looking for a dedicated individual to add to our Accounts Team here at Balance Marketing Group! If you have a desire to grow - and have the organizational skills to work in a fast-paced constantly evolving workplace – we’d love to talk to you!

As an Account Manager here at BMG, you will provide planning, project management, media management, administrative and customer support services for our clients. You will work side-by-side with our digital and creative teams to super serve our clients who come from many different business verticals.

A high level of awareness in regard to client activities, key initiative progress and project management is required. You will be required to provide professional and timely communication with key client contacts as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Developing and maintaining a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/service and strategic marketing plan
  • The ability to be a self-starter
  • Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis (email and live) in a professional, efficient manner
  • Lead client status calls
  • Communicate client and team needs to internal teams
  • Maintaining current work-in-progress materials and organize past project information as appropriate
  • Draft project briefs and call agendas, manage budgets and attribution reports.
  • Communicate client and team needs to internal teams
  • Manage continuity of all creative deliverables

Skill Set

  • Organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on time
  • Have an understanding or background in brand management, strategic market planning, digital media, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, direct mail, email marketing, print media, social media, web development and broadcast media
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of organization and self-accountability
  • Strong work ethic – Ever curious
  • High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
  • Professional conduct within and outside office when conducting business
  • Strong proofing skills
  • Strong writing skills are a plus

Location

This job will be performed on a hybrid nature. Our employees work 2 days remote, 3 days in office. Additional visits to our clients locations will be required as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have a 4-year bachelors degree
  • Dedication and a drive to learn and succeed
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
